As you know I had to break out the recovery CD's on Monday and "build" my computer back up with all the programs I use. I'm proud to say that things are going smoothly and I'm right on track to get everything done by the end of next week.
Like I mentioned in my last post, I strongly recommend using the "remove programs" function that comes with your computer and not an aftermarket program to uninstall programs. I don't want to see people losing all their information by deleting files that are used by other programs including files needed for "booting" your computer itself.
Since I'm on my "computer soapbox" I would also recommend that you burn your recovery CD's if you never did so that if something like this happens to you, you can still get your computer up and running just like you took it out of the box.
As far as art in the studio (I'm off the soapbox now), I'm coming along nicely with "Bellevue Ave." as I have a nice sense of depth going, and I'm meeting my mandate for having a variety of greens to make the painting more "alive".
One thing that is making working on this painting really fun is that I'm now using the english tea cart that I talked about getting last weekend. I'll be posting a picture of it in a post soon. That's it for now I'll being sending out the latest newsletter this Sunday, take care!
