The other day I mentioned posting photos of where I am on my painting for the "Views Of Bellevue" art show. Today is the first photo showing you what has been done on the painting so far.

  You can see that the sky and large foliage clumps have been painted and the patterns of light and dark on the grass areas have been made. The rough form of the library is in and doesn't need much more as the trees end up covering most of it. The white shape to the left of the big tree trunk in the middle is where the bench will be. In the photo I'm using, the bench is in the shaded (green) area of the grass so to give it more contrast, I extended the light (yellow) area under it as you can see. The white shapes over on the right are where some playground  items and community donation bins are located.

  I'll be working on it some more today after I send my newsletter out (which I hope you subscribe to!) and take care of some other things. When I post again I should have the tree trunks all in, the library just about done, and some more work on the grass. I'll see you then, take care.
