Today I have for you another great article by Jonathan T Chin on the art world. Jonathan really has nice way of seeing the big picture when he writes about art, and I'm sure you will see that as well.
"If you were to write down everything you saw that art was a part of, you would have a long list. Art is used so much because people like art, and it is effective in getting the message across or making something more appealing. However, understanding art and its importance does little to make you aware of where it comes from.
Art is found in many products that you use everyday. These products can include milk cartons, paper towels, toothpaste containers, cups and on computers. Art can fill up space up always shows something about the product that can make it appealing. When you first look at a milk carton, you will see an art picture of a diary farm in a beautiful pasture. This makes the milk look appealing because of the idea that it came from somewhere good.
You can also find art in work that is both done by students and adults. Learning does not stop when you leave for work but merely continues if you choose to deal with it. People can become artists, can become painters and book cover illustrators and will have to produce a lot of artwork. Students can draw in their free time on a sketch book and will have to complete numerous art works if they take the class. In many works that do not relate to art, you can find art in it. If you have a report to do about global warming, you can spice up what your written work is and make a large picture of a burning earth. It effectively gets the message across, and makes your report look much better. Art complements writing because one is more visual and appealing where one can be more informative and descriptive.
To continue, you can also see art in music. Many people listen to music and consider it to be a kind of art because it is expressive and can be very meaningful. Although, it may not include any drawn things, it is just as effective and another way to look at art. Some people even consider things that they do such as basketball as a kind of art. They can describe their movements and shooting style to a painted work.
In addition, you can see art work in many areas of cities, such as on walls and on murals. These art works are different because they are meant for the public to see entirely. They want to spread a message across and feel that people have to see it to make sense of the idea. This art can be found on playgrounds and on buildings.
Lastly, you can see art everywhere you go. Things that you see in nature and in towns all relate to art because people draw art based on what they see. They can use references to trees, to sand and much more. They can also use their dreams to relate to art. Dreaming of things that they could not have seen or done and then thinking about it enough to draw it and to make it real."
Thats all for today, if you want to see the other two articles by Jonathan that I posted you can read the first one
